1. ENTRY PERIOD

The sweepstakes will commence at 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on July 30, 2008, and end at 12:00 am EST on September 12, 2008.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, fill out and submit the personalization form located at http://www.ussx.com during the Entry Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Live Nation Motor Sports doing business as ussx.com is not responsible for: (a) telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void; and (b) your inability to access the registration site, or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, Sponsor determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entrants must be the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER

One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 12, 2008, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and email. The winner will be required to sign and return to Live Nation an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, ages 21 or older, who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this promotion. Void where prohibited and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations. Employees of Sponsor, Rockstar Energy Drink, Inc., and any of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is intended for only residents in the United States and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you reside or are otherwise located outside the United States.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize: one (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open, including roundtrip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's home to Las Vegas, NV, 3 day/2 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at Sponsor-specified hotel, two VIP event tickets to the Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open on October 10th and 11th, 2008, a weekend pit pass for the event, two passes to a Rockstar Energy Drink post-event party (must be age 21 to receive passes), a private track walk, a tour of the team Rockstar Energy Drink rig, one (1) autographed jersey, photo opportunities with the Rockstar Energy Drink girls, Rockstar Energy Drink promotional goods and ten (10) cases of Rockstar Energy Drink delivered to the winners home. Approximate Retail Value: $2,815 (actual retail value may vary depending on winner's point of departure and fare fluctuations, and any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual retail value of prize will not be awarded). The trip must be taken on Sponsor-specified dates or prizes will be forfeited. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Seat locations for all events are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of the prize awarded hereunder are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees.

7. PUBLICITY

By participating, where allowed by law, entrants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation and may disclose certain data obtained from entrants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing purposes. 7. ADDITIONAL RULES

The guest of the Grand Prize winner must also be age 21 or older. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Live Nation Motor Sports, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. By entering you also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Sweepstakes promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes promotion it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension.
